Born in 26.05.1955.
In 1982 has graduated from Kcherson Industrial Institute.
In 1986 has defended dissertation "Development of methods for raising carrying and compensating capacities of tooth-type coupling", has obtained Ph.D.
In 1992 has defended doctoral dissertation "Development of methods of high-effective flow-spatial systems` synthesis". At present he produces a set of lectures on the problems of technological equipment and automation of production processes in machine building.
